OMEGA Boutique - Xinyi District

This store is closed, and so are all the other Omega boutiques in Taipei. Customer service does not know when it will reopen.

My husband recently bought a watch from this store with the help of Alvin (and another girl who unfortunately I did not get a name) and we were very happy with the service they provided us. My husband was trying to decide between 2 watches and Alvin was knowledgable about their products and answered all my husband's questions. The store is nice with a great selection as well.

Service standard here is not acceptable at all. Brought my Omega Planet Ocean in to add an extra link for my strap and as it was a Saturday was told that I need to pay first and then they would check and come back to me on Monday to let me know when it would be available.nnAfter 2 weeks of no contact, I went back to the store, and spoke with another member of staff. Explaining what had happened, she informed me that she will check with the office and advise me. After another five days had past, they received the link and sorted my issue. If it wasn't for her I would give this store zero stars!nnFor the pricing of Omega, much better service is expected!

Me and my girlfriend visited Taipei 101, and decided to walk into omega to have a look. We were both dressed pretty normally for tourists (shorts, t-shirt, backpack, sandals) and as soon as we walked in the staff started giggling at us. We felt super uncomfortable so we left right away, and as soon as we walked out of the store they all burst out laughing. Definitely don't shop here (or even look around) if you value being treated with any amount of respect.
