Attitude and professional knowledge are very lacking, it's incredibly bad

The clerk does not have a basic understanding of the product itself, and the experience of entering the store is too different from that of foreign stores. Asked if the yoga mats are all natural rubber, the clerk insisted that all of them were natural rubber, but every yoga mat on the counter was marked with synthetic rubber and other composite materials. The clerk felt embarrassed and floated away.
