Van Cleef & Arpels (Taipei - Taipei 101)

Received a bracelet from here last Oct as a bday present and I noticed there were a some air lines in a few links of the bracelet. When I brought it back to the shop, the male supervisor was not very friendly and they said they needed to “send” it to the local repair center. It took them 4 weeks to get back to me and the answer was that it was “normal” according to their quality standard. Feels like their craftsmanship and service has gone down. I would go to the other boutiques at Bellavita or Sogo where the service is better and they would not try to sell you less than par products.

The reception staff is sam. The people are very caring. The service is attentive. I feel very attentive for the guests.
