Very helpful during our overseas move to Taiwan! Godwin was our rep and he speaks perfect English. They're good communicators and kept us updated on the status of our shipment as it moved through customs, which can be an unpredictable process. Overall very smooth and well-coordinated, would recommend.

We were very satisfied with the service from Beacon when moving from Taipei to Norway. All 70 boxes arrived safely with nothing broken, and went through customs without any questions. Good English and Chinese communication, and a fast packing team.
