Made an appointment for teeth cleaning for 3:30pm. By 4:30pm, I am STILL waiting to get my teeth cleaned. Asked how long teeth cleaning takes, and the receptionist informs 10-15 minutes. Absolutely insane to make patients wait over an hour for a 15-minute appointment. There are good dentists all over the city. Go somewhere else.

Came here to see Dr. Melinda Tsai (蔡孟吟uff09and had an amazing experience. All the staff were so kind and helpful, especially because I can’t read Chinese.
