Shin Yuan Celeb Metro Hotel

3 star hotel available at reasonable prices. Ver good location next to lake park. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Restaurants available in the opposite hotel owned by same group. Chinese buffet breakfast available.

I have no idea why the reviews are so good for this place. Staff was condescending and unprofessional and the rooms were subpar for the price. Location was nice but I would have gladly traded location for a cleaner room with better air flow. FYI: I was booked into the “celeb metro” side rather than the “park” side across the street. but even if the “park” side is better, that’s not an excuse for the poor quality of my room since the price is the same and I wasn’t given a choice when I booked.

Nice hotel and comfy.. food for breakfast also good, basically they have 3 cuisine for breakfast, English, Japanese and Chinese.. I stayed in this hotel during my business trip in Taiwan..

I stayed here for a couple of days and I relly liked it. The place is located in conveniently the price was quite reasonable. The room is good and I didn't experience any inconvenience. However, the room I stayed at was not that clean but I could bear it. I tried to use bathtub but the faucets of the bathtub was dirty so I just took a shower. And the emloyees of this place were very friendly. Even though they didn't know about something, they keep trying to find and answer the questions for their customers.

Is just like family hotel where everyone is so friendly and caring.
