The laundry cleaning is okay. but! When I sent the clothes, the clerk told me that it would be available in about a week. I called and asked about it after 7 days. The clerk said that the laundry factory had not sent the clothes back and had to wait another 5 days (ie next Tuesday). I continued to wait, but at that time I did not receive a pickup call or postponement notice at all. I called again every other day (that is, Thursday) to ask if it was all right. Why did it take 13 days to wash a piece of clothing? ? ? After I hung up, another clerk called back in seconds to inform that it was ready for pickup.nWhen picking up the package, the clerk suddenly told me that it would cost 50 yuan more to wash the inside of the jacket. Why did I take so long to wait until I was notified of the pick-up on Thursday 13 days after delivery? The clerk said that you called on Wednesday morning and the clothes were returned to the store on Wednesday afternoon. Can't help but let me choke him not to talk nonsense. It is very regrettable that I am unwilling to admit that my negligence has distorted the facts.
