Compared with more than ten years ago, it is really a far cry. Both personnel training and operating procedures have made great progress. I don't think there is a perfect service standard but there is a 100-point service enthusiasm (Mr. Huang Ziqi). There is room for improvement in the planning and cleaning and maintenance of the company's maintenance waiting area, and we hope to continue to improve.

Friendly service attitude, poor space arrangement between exhibition space and rest area, less space in rest area, small space and too close distance, clean environment of exhibition space needs to be strengthened
