Louisa one of the famous coffee shop in Taiwan, business is much better then Starbucks, lots of seats, bathroom are clean, they do provide plug for you to use, easy access and price is much lower then Starbucks, do recommend this one, even tho the first floor is quit noisy but consider they provide elevator!! Imagine how big and the business is wide.
