The taste is moderately sweet and salty, a bit too dry and hard, I personally like a slightly softer taste

It's quite salty and oily. The dried soybeans seem to be cut and fried...the oil is squeezed out with chopsticks...without a fork or chili powder (with notes), and the duck head is fried very crispy.
