I came here and the attitude at the counter was very bad. The store is small and smelly. The woman keeps pressuring me to buy some products I have never ever seen, saying they are very cheap. She has no concern about my needs or what like, I am not a baby and I can decide for myself what to buy. When I am going to pay she starts complaining about my card. I have used that card for seven years and no one at any store has never ever told me anything bad about my card or points. She is just refusing to use my card for some reason?nMaybe she just hates her job or people and wants to make everyone unhappy .nnI love Watson's and I have never ever been treated poorly at any store and that's why I am letting everyone know NOT TO BOTHER to come here.

We went back to the store to return products and the male manager yelled at us and said “you have to return products AND Watson’s points, they’re valued $200 or you cannot get your money back.” So we chose to exchange the same value products and purchase more items.... What are those Watson’s points again? They should train their employees with better attitudes, especially for manager.

The senior green staff is fierce, right? Franchisee? If you ask a young person, you have to go through that person...nAfter feeling very bad, I will not visit again in the future!
