I bought a watch from the official website in January. On 1/27th of my girlfriend’s birthday, I found that the watch could not be moved. The whole set of goods was sent to Banqiao store with packaging bags and warranty. The clerk informed that the information must be repaired at his own expense. The minimum is 960 yuan for battery replacement. After changing the notification fee, I cannot accept the charge for new product repairs. I left the watch at the counter on the spot and told the clerk that I don’t want it. This kind of service attitude and philosophy will not deal with this company anymore, thank you.
