May have been 5* 25 years ago but doesn't really look like it now. The staff are very good, the rooms a good size and layout, the lobby is nice also but the hotel is showing it's age. Looks and feels tired. All the furniture, carpets and decor could do with updating. Breakfast was asian style and ok for COVID period with fewer guests than normal. Ambassador Hotel is in better condition, by the river and similar prices.
Friendly reception, great looking place from the inside. The rooms were truly amazing !
