Small convenient park within walking distance to Kaoshuing National Normal University. We came here to get a ride on the light rail train which was free for the Chinese New Year holiday.

Besides some playgrounds for kids and some exercising structures, there isn't very much in the park. It's right next to a very busy intersection as well as close to MRT Orange Line. Interestingly, the park is actually part of the future light rail building ground, with light rails going through in the planning by end of 2019.
