School Profile 1. Origin Shixing Elementary School is located in the pre-planned place of Wenxiao 5 in the second phase of the county governance zone. The district includes National Taiwan University, National Taiwan University of Science and Technology campuses, sports parks, etc. The industrial, commercial, cultural and educational district has gradually formed and has an amazing explosive force. High-rise buildings have sprung up like bamboo shoots after a rain, which has attracted a large number of residents from neighboring villages and towns to move in. In response to the large number of residents who are about to move in, the county government first planned and built Shixing Elementary School to meet the needs of residents in the district. Shixing Elementary School was requisitioned by the Hsinchu County Government as the land used for Wen Elementary Five. In 1993, the Education Bureau assigned the principal of Guangming Elementary School Fan Guangshun to handle the establishment of Shixing Elementary School. A working group was then set up to actively plan and design. Shixing Elementary School was formally established on August 1, 1994. The first principal, Zeng Wenqiu, took office, and Xi continued the plans of the previous principal Fan and cooperated with the county's Public Works Bureau.
