A narrow and long park sandwiched between the gendarmerie headquarters and Xinsheng North Road. The terrain is lower than the nearby roads, and because of the road planning and location, it is less accessible. The green areas are mostly slopes and lack flat areas, but there are two badminton courts and public toilets (south end).
