The efficiency is very poor, the grassroots staff don’t care about the service, especially the account opening staff. I originally wanted to apply for the Internet service. Generally, I can apply on the Internet APP, but the First Bank will apply on the spot. After waiting 30 minutes, I finally called. No. I didn’t come. I thought I should change to me if I didn’t come. I waited another 15 minutes. All the application counters stopped at no one’s number. They couldn’t tell the receptionist and guards. Attitude, if other banks have gone bankrupt long ago, Taiwan Bank Land Bank has already improved and reformed, and it is very efficient. Why the First Bank can't make progress? I think the supervisor must think deeply.
