Great selection of different brews, and definitely a post-work chill spot. Can get a little loud at times, but it's a bar, not a library. Fried foods are very delicious, albeit a bit slow out of the kitchen. Their happy hour specials really make this my go-to after-hours spot

One of the best places to enjoy local craft beers in central Taipei. Highly recommend to order the choices of 6 beers at once to taste the most of Taiwan.nSnacks are also surprisingly great and with authentic night market flavour. Will definitely be back with friends.

Learn bar is a subtle place. No exicitment, no lousy and loud music. If you are looking for authentic craft Taiwan beers and real conversation, come here 3 times, you may find it but no guarantees.

Fried chicken is even better than everyone I have bought from night market. It's a good place as a start or to conclude the trip of Taiwan. Definitely, Learn bar is a place I would willing to bring friends to enjoy the spare time.
