I purchased a gift. I was assisted by Daphne. She was extremely helpful, very kind she took the time to help me select gift. Highly recommend shopping at this Tiffany & Co location. Ask for Daphne!

I changed the size of the ring in here, it was totally free really good! but when I ask to buy a box, they told me the box is unable to sell gave me an odd reason that we have no extra box because every box comes from over sea so if I give you or sell a box then someone will have no box! I believe company policy does not allow to give the customer a new box, But I don’t really understand, how is it possible!? if the beautiful Tiffany box becomes dirty, how do to? just let it be? honesty, I can not believe, the size of the company like Tiffany, unable to satisfy the customer even to BUY a single beautiful box?!nI think I am just a small customer who bought an engagement ring, but this kind of service and feeling, I will not walk in again.

My one time experience with Chloe Lee makes me feel like VIP. Love the necklace she recommended :)
