This place has many things that make it a really good library (at least in my opinion), including a friendly staff, nice decor, a dedicated children book area, a self-study room, and a relatively large collection of English books (mostly fiction). The only bummer is the fact that it's located at the 4th floor.

Quiet place, except that the foot of the stairs is sore!

The special collection is Taiwan history books. The first floor contains a library and a reading room. It is convenient to find materials and study. The librarians are enthusiastic and kind. The only regret is that the old building does not have an elevator, which is inconvenient for the poor citizens. It is close to Ningxia night market and close to it. MRT station is a big plus
