Excellent hotel with great location with convenient environment that big supermarket and biggest sport shop down stair

Worst experience I had ever, lost my wallet in hotel.....CCTV cameras not working. Please think twice before book or move to this hotel.

I spend a few nights at this new hotel in the summer of 2018. Good location for bus or taxi rides to downtown Taipei city or to a subway station. A nearby subway station will be open soon, making this location even more convenient. The rates were very reasonable for my spacious, clean and quiet 2-bed room. I picked a room without a window and felt just fine during my stay. There was a huge curtain covering an entire wall, making it feel as if there were a window behind the curtain. I had everything I needed in the room. Breakfast was good. Loved their train displays in the common areas. There is a big shopping center in the basement of the same building and a small food court on the first floor. My brother brought his family of four and enjoyed their stay there as well. I will stay there again.

Hotel staff are delightful. All genuinely friendly and happy to help. Rooms are beautifully clean with nice outlook,Highly recommend. Restaurant food was amazing, lovely dining experience with breakfast buffet. So convenient and so delicious.

This is actually a hidden gem of a hotel in Taipei. Excellent, modern and clean rooms, with excellent, buffet style breakfast included daily and excellent service all-around by staff. I would choose to stay here again with my family.
