Very helpful staff. Breakfast is a coupon at McDonald's or a Taiwanese local restaurant. The hotel is located if I remember correctly on the 6th floor. On the 7th floor is a karaoke bar. It is very loud until in the morning. Rooms are clean and nice. Coffee in the lobby.

Upstairs is the hotel, so people coming in and out are more complicated. What is unacceptable is that you will always hear loud singing upstairs from midnight, and the sound insulation is quite poor. The most frustrating thing is that there was no hot water in the shower at night until we checked out at 12 noon the next day. At that time, the counter was off work at 8 o'clock so no one could handle this problem, although the counter kept apologizing to us when checking out , But at the beginning, I was only willing to compensate for the accommodation voucher. Because the accommodation experience was really bad, after communication, the other party was willing to refund the fee in full. I hope your hotel can improve these problems.
