My laptop broke which is rather annoying as I use it a lot for work. I took it to the service store and the lady at the desk very patiently listened to my terrible Chinese and politely assisted me with Google translator where necessary. They told me that it would take 4 days to fix and, after exactly four days, it was fixed at no cost. Great experience.

You'd better avoid this place. They expected the fixing to take one or two days, i ended up waiting for 11 days. They didn't save my data, so i lost it all, and now i have to use a different version of Windows because they didn't manage to restore it successfully. Horrible service

The maintenance engineers are good, and old laptops don’t have to wait long. It is recommended to avoid the lunch time.
