This roadside stall is part of the Yongle market, but does have several tables to eat at. The menu is in Chinese but the food was really nice! We ordered the dry eel noodles, which is the top right option (100NTD) in the menu. Payment was after we were done. Noodles were very tasty (kinda sweet). Better than what I was expecting!

I love squid and I had here one of the best squid noodles. The taste is light sweet according the cooking of Tainan. Portion is small, so you might consider to have both squid noodle and eel noodle, the specialty of the place.

The price is delicious and the serving speed is fast. Dried squid fried noodles are much better than soup, and the dried/soupy pasta is sweet, and the taste is different.

Many Tainan fried squid pasta I love this Fusheng snack, this is also an old shop, the big squid meat piece and the fragrant Q delicious noodles, is the food that must be eaten every time you come to Tainan.
