I always have negative experiences. In take-aways, you can't find your ordered items. Happened many times. S ometimes the chicken quantity is poor. More oily, not fully cooked. Burgers okay. The staff behaviour is very good. Open 24 hrs.

it's near my dormitory so I'm a regular here, customer service are nice, of course here in taiwan, every fast-food chains are swlf service , the place is well lighted, have so much rooms and share for a gatherings, the restrooms are clean.

The place is easy to find. Like all McDonald's, it's a good place for family or to hangout with friends. It is, in fact, victim of its success as it often crowded around meal time. For a year already, they have updated with machines to order and pay, which is, rather good or bad according to your preferences whether you prefer to talk to human or deal with a touch screen machines.
