Ten Drum Wenhua Village

A good drum beating rhythmic experience. Walked a nostalgic old sugar factory n decor . Do the sky walk..lovely view. Be prepared to explore with little help from the map. Spent about 40 min here

A sugar factory turned into family wonderland is how I would describe this place. This was such a fun experience for the whole family. There was drumming, laser tag, zip lines, a boat ride, train ride, restaurants, a drumming show and more. Everything was really well throughout and the history of the place is very cool. Ten Drum is a full day of fun, food, and adventure.

We went during the week and were disappointed to find that almost everything was closed apart from the drum show and 2 cafes. This essentially meant that we paid 350Nt per person for a 40 minute drum show. Suggest you ask a Chinese friend to phone and check what’s actually open if you plan to go during the week. Otherwise go on the weekend.nnManagement should consider a “drum show only” for times when the rest of the place is closed

Excellent spot to spend some time with or without kids once you’ve seen the traditional landmarks in Tainan. The revamped sugar refinery has great activities for all kind of ages : drum show (45’), drum class (15’), playground for toddlers (bring socks for indoor one), good food, and more exciting stuff. It is really great that this old industrial witness could be saved and become such an attractive place for us to see what heavy taiwanese industry looked like back in the days.

The village is a great place for family and friends to learn more about the culture of Taiwan's drum troupe. Their base is made out if a old sugar factory and converted into their practicing venue. Had a wonderful drum performance to go along with It. Overall, best to go here to experience the culture .
