National Immigration Agency (2nd Tainan City Service Center)

As far as NIA service centers go, I find this one the easiest and most convenient one to maneuver. It’s never taken me more than 10 minutes to apply or renew an ARC. It’s not crowded, especially in the morning. It’s a small office that mainly caters to agencies/agents doing mass ARC applications for blue collar workers.nnThey don’t get that many direct foreign applicants.nnThe lady at counter # 4 speaks English and is very friendly and helpful. It's one of the many reasons why I skip the NIA service center in Tainan city that's near me and drive all the way to this one.

The exterior is a Greek building, great!

It is very kind, it is very fast, and it assists the office with multiple languages, and actively cares for the lives of new residents and foreign migrants in Taiwan.
