富朗飯店 Rich Hotel

A very nice and decent hotel. The rooms are big and clean. It's just walking distance to the Chihkan Tower. Also not far from Tainan Train Station and Tainan Cultural & Creative Park. Free parking for guests, DIY laundry facilities available as charge. Breakfast serving quite extensive....

Chateau Rich Hotel is a business hotel catered mostly to local travelers. The rooms are huge and well-decorated. Considering the other parts of the premises are well-kept, the lifts are a let down. Cleaning and breakfast needs to be improved.

Room is considerably big. Clean room but looked aged. Location is pretty convenient as walking distance from train station and night market.

The rooms were huge but pretty dirty. I don't know whether there weren't enough cleaners so they didn't have enough time for each room. There was one shelf in our room that hadn't been cleaned for weeks. A disgusting smell came from our air-conditioning, there was an empty air freshener on the unit. Positive points now: Great location, we walked to the local tourist spots and close to train station and buses. (I was recommend going to An ping) Food is easy to get to, with little food stall set up as well. (a really friendly lady selling waffles and chicken pieces was nearby)

Room I stayed smells like cigarette, while the hotel claims it’s the non smoking floor...The staffs were very friendly and helpful, they came to my room and spent 15mins trying to clean up the smell. The interior of the rooms looks newly remodeled. Location is at the center of Tainan city. It’s okay for its price point.
