雷店n3/21晚上用餐 第一輪點餐沒告知份量(+一份=2片)搞得大家吃不飽n後來點了一堆上菜超慢 選擇性上餐 平板點餐系統超爛 點過的東西也沒有標示清楚 亂七八糟 點一點系統還會登出不知道是故意拖延時間還是怎麼樣的n店裡座位壅擠 建議坐裡面的人三思 因為需要憋尿 要出來上廁所需要翻山越嶺 會比較麻煩了點n自助吧區大家拿東西都是互貼的 因為很窄 唯一的優點是廁所很大?!n結帳時候藍色衣服金項鍊先生在搞氣氛 家中長輩付款時聽不清楚價錢再詢問一次被金項鍊大哥用不屑口氣請我們自己算 就只是想確認金額而已再講一次會怎嗎?還是重複附送也是需要收費呢??還有未滿周歲小嬰兒需要酌收100元清潔費?長眼睛第一次聽到這種規定 重點是一進場也沒有優先告知 事後結帳是不是看心情收那100不知道 總之對這種店連付10元都覺得糟蹋~n原來現在服務業可以做到這麼巴喬我都不知道 可能業餘做身體健康的吧ㄏㄏㄏㄏㄏ

昨晚才5-6點自助吧冰淇淋只有草莓口味??其他口味看起來空了很久乾了?到我離開也未有補~飲料只有碳酸飲料可以喝.....其他飲料味道都很淡......已經正式營運了 希望價位接的上水平阿......刷卡機壞了 張貼在門口(牌子很小阿......uff09一定要口頭告知!!!!!畢竟現再uff16成都非現金生活!結帳人員要加強訓練一定要核對人數說明收費明細才不會有爭議 (看到有顧客跑來回問收費明細)剛開一定要詢問顧客滿意度 哪裡有需要加強(這是我個人建議冒昧提供看法) 希望對您們營運上有幫助!

原本很期待uff0c吃完後卻很失望nn先說優點好了uff0c服務人員態度很好uff0c食材新鮮度也不錯。nn缺點....一開始上超慢uff0c跟服務人員反應完才上比較快(此時已經浪費差不多30分鐘了)。切的肉片超級薄uff0c基本上放上烤網就黏住了uff0c然後東拉西扯一下就變碎肉片了。海鮮類都很新鮮。最扯的來了uff0c結帳時付錢uff0c因為在拿皮包沒聽到總金額uff0c所以再問了一次總共多少錢uff0c結果收銀人員就突然拿出計算機說uff1a我沒有算錯唷uff0c這計算機給你算一下 (一臉很傲慢的樣子)。哈囉uff1f覺得我們付不起是嗎uff1fnn第一次去吃到飽卻完全沒有吃飽的感覺nn多的一顆星是給辛苦的服務人員。nn因為收銀員的態度uff0c不會想再去第二次了。n想嘗鮮可以試試看uff0c希望正式開幕後能有所改善吧
