A very spacious performing arts complex located inside a huge square and garden. The lotus pond is a nice place to take photos and simply to relax in a hot summer afternoon.

An art gallery has temporary exhibits with free admission. Center grounds a pleasant place for a stroll. There's a large lotus pond. If you are lucky you can catch a performance.

Big comfortable seats with great lines of sight. The staff is extremely attentive. Great air conditioning!!!
