Incompetence. The report impedes tranquility, a 2-minute drive, and the result is still the same after 1 hour. The reply can only be persuaded, because there is no decibel device, and the social order maintenance law cannot punish, so the public servants of the people are still incompetent. People who do nothing but do nothing.

Chiayi has a whole bunch of unlicensed driving motorcycles, regardless of being a police officer. It ’s bad enough to be hit by such garbage! No way to claim compensation!

I do n’t know if I am doing something. The illegal stop along that road is serious, but no one has ever been billed or towed. I can only say that Chiayi is a paradise for driving people.
