This one-star is not for food, but for service. Yannick’s cakes. In terms of standard, I will give 3-4 stars. But when I was dining in the restaurant tonight, I saw an old man pushing in a wheelchair. There was an old lady who was very moved when she saw it, but she saw that the waiter standing by the counter was just standing there watching the whole process, and neither actively helped to open the door (so that the old gentleman could enter the door easily) nor did she help. The old man pulled the chair, Joe took the seat, only to see an elderly person with limited mobility slowly moving the chair by himself (moved three), and then slowly pushing the old lady into position. During the whole process, the waiter did not want to help at all. Meaning, the three of our friends who watched were stunned! What kind of education and training will train such a clerk? This kind of service is really 0 points! I hope Yannick can educate the staff well, otherwise this kind of service is not worthy of their dessert quality!
