SO helpful. Helped me get my visa to visit China. Really went way above and beyond.

I came in to arrange a vacation for my family, my Chinese is not too good but I was helped a lot by the staff even though there were some communication problems. Iris Lee helped me organise a package for us to the UK at a great price and made it much easier than me having to arrange all of it myself. I would definitely recommend the place and the staff to other customers, would be happy to come back.

I went there once and they told me to leave my data. No one contacted me back. So I wrote message on their Facebook page few days later, and they did not reply. After a week I went again to their place and they told they cannot plan my trip, only take flights. I asked if they have any suggestions, and they said no. While normally planning a trip is a funny activity, they made me feeling hopeless. I will not return to this travel agency.

The staff is kind and it is a good place to go to find deals and develop itineraries for your next grand vacation.
