The dirtiest doctor I've ever encountered. I had a cold and earache. The doctor put a metal tool in my ear, then wiped the wax off with his finger and put it back on his station. Next they gave me a tube so I could inhale mentholated air. There is nobody disinfecting this tube that you hold with your hands. Doctor sent me home with antibiotics and 5 other pills. Antibiotics weren't necessary, didn't take them. I got drops for my ear instead.

I just called to make a reservation and the woman who picked up my phone just kept repeating that she didn't understand what I was saying. What a disappointing clinic that is. When I asked her to give the phone to someone who can speak English she just kept repeating that she didn't understand what I am saying. What a waste of time. So unprofessional.

The doctor kicked me out because I had been to another clinic the same day. I explained I came to him because I wanted his opinion as the first doctor ignored my concerns. Unprofessional and rude.

Walkins only, no appt needed. Not much English spoken. Usually fast service unless it is flu season or evening shift & there is a waiting line. Not expensive even if you dont have the national health insurance. On NHI you only pay TWD 200 for service, meds are free.nYou may get a lot of meds & not necessarily need them all, so ask the nurse what each pill is for, or ask an English speaking pharmacist. On NHI you get only 3 days of meds so you'll need to go back after 3 days if you're taking an antibiotic to get the full course.
