We had some issues with communication, but our agent smoothed things out and made it easier. She also found us a really great place. Make sure of the requirements that will be asked when deciding to lease, for example, if the owner wants the lease contract notarized.

There is no problem with the house and the owner. The only dissatisfaction is the house agent. There is no room for negotiation and discussion. The service fee is not worth paying. In the future, I will never find a house rented by Xinyi Housing.
