I have eaten five or six stores in Tainan Xinying Chiayi. For the first time, I know that the chain stores have central kitchens and can do it so badly. The rags are thrown in the aisle because of poor hygiene, and the seats are not organized (the guests still take them by themselves. Throw away the trash, so at least the table should be wiped.) Two very young male and female employees watched all kinds of chats, with an attitude of being indifferent. The fish fillets were not cooked and re-fried until they were burnt, but they were still not cooked. The noodle balls all have the taste of the freezer. I don’t know how long it has been stored. From the ingredients, the environment, the hygiene and the service, none of them pass the test. They are also very good.
