Worst service of any Starbucks in the world! Waited almost an hour for a brewed coffee despite it being brewed in 5mins. Terrible customer service...never expected such a bad experience from Starbucks.

American coffee has always been my pick and I added another taro tart to spice the aroma up as a ritual to top off the day with a delight.

Employees should know cash registers, right? Today, I use line cool roll counter staff not? Then I waited there for more than 10 minutes! Should we train our employees well?
