Very happy every time I like the furniture design of Youqingmen, which is very textured and practical I prefer every high-quality store staff

Very poor consumer experience, the store has just paid the deposit but has not yet shipped (production), the store has more favorable activities. Even though my purchase threshold meets the preferential activities, the store still refuses (many times). If it has already been shipped, it's fine. I only paid a deposit and haven't started production yet, so I couldn't use the preferential plan. I have been to various furniture stores before, and all of them can be concluded with the most favorable plan before shipment. I used to really like the things that you love, but after this very poor consumer experience, I will never buy it again, and I will never recommend it to any relatives or friends. In fact, each company has its own specifications, which is understandable, but if the regulations are inflexible and not competitive, consumers who originally liked the brand will feel very regretful about their purchase, or even not want to receive the finished product at all. It's really a company that doesn't know how to do business.

Originally, I was going to see a coffee table I saw on momo shopping, but after I went there, I realized that it was a new series that was not displayed in the Ximen store. The clerk Ruby is very kind to provide information, and will not ignore people because we only plan to buy small items. If you have any questions, please look at it more (the exhibition space is quite large, there are 3 floors, and there are many tables, chairs, and coffee tables) Unexpectedly, I looked around and saw the coffee table I like (although it is a bit expensive), so I discarded the one I read online and ordered it here. (It's been more than a month since I picked up the goods. It feels light and easy to use, but the wood smell is a bit heavy)

The brand is originally designed for Taiwan. The solid wood is very textured. The manager of Ximen Huang answered very patiently and the products introduced can meet the needs, very satisfied!!
