Old and not clean. There is long queue waiting for breakfast buffet, which is a direct evidence that the hotel can’t manage the service level well. What make things worse is that there are many unfilled plates and remain unfilled from the moment I entered buffet till I leave. Will not recommend and won’t visit again.nnSame thing happens over and over again. The hotel rep just responded that they are fully booked recently. Some staff were rude and unprofessional. The room we stayed is very, very old, carpet has obvious stains. Pillow was the worst, there's hair inside the pillow cover. the rooms look old and the rags are dirty and the appliances are showing signs of ware but the services were above average.

Luxurious rooms. Great amenities. Helpful concierge.nOnly problem was the electric bikes were very expensive to rent. It was cheaper to rent a car.

Good location and view, not so crowded and room space is OK. Food and service are so-so.
