There is no public service staff with a bad attitude. Ask one question and ask three questions. I told the central government that there is no standard decree. It does n’t matter whether the decree is communicated or not. It ’s the attitude of the staff. I used to work in the IRS before. It ’s not that bad. The IRS is too busy to answer people ’s questions. The public office obviously has no people but wants to refuse people thousands of miles away. The highest authority in their place of residence is like this. I ’m very disappointed.
