Taipei Public Library ChengGong Neighborhood Reading Room

This branch library was nicely renovated and looks clean and bright. There's also a laptop area with plug sockets complete with small lamps above each seat. However, as the place features a children's book area as well, the kids' screaming, shouting, and crying all over the place can be somewhat irritating if you're trying to enjoy a peaceful read, and yet, quite oddy, I have never seen the librarians shushing rowdy kids.

It was just refurnished and even has a place to plug in laptops. Service was ordinary though.

A very special reading room... The epidemic has been going on for so long, and there are so many people who come in without knowing that they need to take their temperature and show their documents. Could it be that it happened to be the first time in the library today? The librarian is very patient.

The facilities are complete, many children's books can be borrowed, a book sterilizer is available, the toilets are clean, and the books for adults can be picked up through the online reservation system, which is very convenient
