I can not believe this is not in the brochures as a must see on the north coast. If you have any interest in Temples. You have to stop here its HUGE. And its endlessly packed with stunning statues. One area even has a giant reclined bhudda !nnIts also extremely easy to get there:nnFrom Tamsui MRT take bus 863 or 862 get off at the wedding plaza stop. Don't cross the street and walk towards the houses. You will soon see the big statue and you should be walking toward it. Its only about 5 min walk from the bus stop.

A very special temple, which enshrines a lot of statues (I don't know how many), anyway! Mainly worship the Erawan Buddha! I have come to worship every year in the past few years. Every time I come, I feel very special. Starting from the statue of 24 filial piety at the entrance, it is the main place of worship after going uphill to the end. You can also ask for money! I always come during the Chinese New Year. The temple has provided meals for the believers. There are red bean soup, noodles, and rich buns. The taste is also very good! The King Kong Palace occupies a large area and there are many idols. You can appreciate and watch slowly! Just like a museum of gods, the temple also provides parking lots for believers. Overall it is a great place! It's really different from ordinary temples! If you have the chance, you can come and go, pay a visit! Experience a different feeling!
