Xiang Hot Spring

Don’t ever expect the same experience you would have as in Japan. Fancy lobby and communal pool design, yet, hotel staff under training and you won’t have a pleasant stay as it is more like love hotel, quite a few young couples waiting in lobby for 2 hours usage, instead of staying. Don’t even provide clothes hanger and refrigerator in room. Will only recommend for communal pool, not for staying over night.

Pretty bad place. Rooms have no fridge, breakfast are disappointing. Don’t believe everything you saw in their pictures.

Such a shame because I truly wanted to like this place. To sum it up, it is like giving a nice lovely beautiful hotel to someone but they don’t know how to run it. It is lacking in a few small considerate things that turns it into a luxury hotel and it should cost a lot not take a lot of effort to introduce. As I said the best thing about this hotel was the hotel itself. We chose the family quad. It had a Large room, nice decor, large outdoor bath with balcony! These were all excellent things already. It’s sad that the hotel doesn’t have the following: - sugar, milk & stirrers for in room coffee making - robes(or seeing as they gone for the Japanese theme, should’ve provided some yukatas) - no info booklet in room - mini fridge - welcome snacks in room The breakfast was rubbish. Only a two choices and no juice for the kids. Again, no sugar or milk for coffee. So sad that if I had this place, even I know these small things makes a huge difference and I can run it better. The hotel building and facilities itself is already fantastic but the running of it is abysmal and over priced. They should bring the prices down until they get their act together

This hotel looked soo good in its photos, I was looking forward to staying here! We arrived her at 6pm but couldn’t check in until 8pm because our room wasn’t ready....either very bad management or they were short on staff. We left our luggage with the front desk and they said they would take it to our room when the room was ready. We come back after 2 hours and our luggage hadn’t been taken to our rooms. They weren’t apologetic about the late check-in or that our bags weren’t delivered as promise maybe because they couldn’t speak English and didn’t know how to??! Rooms are very clean, modern, minimalistic, and had a comfy bed but it doesn’t have a fridge or even a kettle. Breakfast was not great, they ran out of certain food which then made the 6 of us all get slightly different breakfast when we actually ordered the same thing! I strongly do not recommend this place, Hotel has potential but is held back with its bad management and not having enough staff....

The price is around NT 1,600 for 90mins which is fair price but with high quality The provide you with shampoo, towel, dryers, water. The outside view is a public hot-spring. Decoration is good, with comfortable lighting And they will provide you with dessert after 90mins but the dessert is not good. No need to go for dessert after hot spring btw, the reception said it is a new center. then, compared to other same level hot springs, it is cheaper than others.
