消費4年了,今天老大哥的服務態度讓我非常不高興uff0c結帳時uff0c因沒拿好優惠價的組合產品uff0c所以我又去換產品uff0c之後店家結帳時uff0c多算了約100元uff0c我就跟老大哥說應該算錯了uff0c這幾項東西應該只有2百多uff0c怎麼變3百多uff0c剛才退的產品東西有退嗎uff0c店家回答有啊uff0c然後不是很高興的丟ㄧ台計算機給我算uff0c他唸到第二項產品時uff0c就自己發現有異常uff0c然後才重新刷條碼uff0c確認是算錯uff1b重點來了uff0c你們算錯了uff0c是連一句道歉都不會說嗎uff0c我想說算了uff0c認識那樣久了uff0c我一個星期大約會來1uff5e5次消費啊uff0c最後我離開店時uff0c還跟你老大哥禮貌的說謝謝uff0c你還是一句話都不達理uff0c搞得好像是我來花錢活受罪一樣uff0c都不跟你們計較算錯錢了uff0c但結果換來的是好像我是來偷東西一樣的態度對我這個老客人uff0c最後我只好說uff5en我永遠都不會過去你那大廟消費了uff0c花錢受氣uff0c我不是沒脾氣uff0c而是對人我都懂的基本的尊重uff0c你做服務業確不懂uff1f
