The overall experience for the 1st time is good. I like the interior design of the hotel, especially the color combination of the sofa. The bathtub is also big enough and I enjoy a hot bath so much. Two complaints: 1’ The parking entrance and driveway is really narrow. Non mechanical parking space is limited. Very inconvenient. 2’ Breakfast set is creative and presentation is good. But I feel the whole meal is really oily and should be improved.

Very nice hotel, spacious, clean, and great location!! The room we had was a executive deluxe suite, very spacious, the bed is harder, but still comfortable. Everything is nice and clean. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. The only thing is the breakfast does not have much choose, but I’m still highly recommend it.

We were traveling with our 1 yr old son, for his Birthday. There was no Heat provided for our room. The Temperature displayed on the Thermostat in our room was 18c or less all night. I tried adjusting the temperature to 26,27,28 and even 30c but it didn't work, it only blew out cold air. The function for warm air was visible there but it was shut off. We asked about the heat and was told after Booking, at 10:30 pm that there was not any heat available for the room. We asked for an extra blanket, and couldn't even take a shower or bath cause it was so cold in the room. We stressed to the Manager/Supervisor that they should have mentioned they did not provide Heat prior to our Booking so we could have had the choice to Book a Room elsewhere. They seem to feel they do not need to inform the public of this, even with a 1 yr old staying in a room with such cold temperatures. We did not ask for a refund, all we asked for was for the Hotel to simply state on their Official Website: (That they do not offer Heat during this cold front period) so another family doesn't have to go through what we went through. They agreed but did not fulfill their promise to us. Instead they only posted information regarding the cold front in Taiwan and how Kids and Elderly should dress warm, never stating that they do not provide heat as promised. They are misleading, PLEASE.. PLEASE, If you are traveling with a child or elderly person, be careful! Rooms are listed at a discounted price because Covid has clearly hurt their Hotel Business being there are no tourist visiting. They offer a large discount for the months of Jan - March 31st to attract Visitors but remember this is the time Taiwan experiences a strong cold front. They know what they are doing, be Careful. I once said this was the Best Hotel I have visited in Taiwan, I was Greatly Mistaken. Misleading Customers with a Child during this difficult time will not help your Business, you just lost two Customers.

Well organized room, big bathtub, separated toilet, Free snack at 2F , close to MRT, traditional breakfast at street coner. Beware of drive way to basement.

We stayed here for 3 nights. Clean place, near to mrt Station. There is a convenience store just next to the hotel. The night market is about 10 minutes walk away from the hotel.
