I booked a haircut through Facebook since such an option was provided. I arrived at the salon on time (8:30) and was informed that my booking wasn’t seen by the owner (since they only use line, no such info earlier), and the haircut they started before I arrived (salon open until 9) was the last one, so they won’t take me. It is my understanding that if an option is provided, I can use it. Also, from any customer service textbook, in case of situation like this, I should still be served and advised how to book next time. Now, I’m a pretty busy person who works until late in Xinyi, so my time slots available are limited and I have up on other salons to go there since “I successfully booked it”. Now have to wait another week for a free time slot (not in Yaming anymore). Bad experience, put me off

Nathan is honestly one of the best barbers in Taipei. My husband is from england and hes gotten haircuts in London and even he says Nathan cuts it better than the barbers in London. Nathan is naturally talented and we are so happy to have found him in tamsui!! Its a family owned business, with Nathans grandpa having owned the barbershop previously and passed it down to him which makes us, the customers, feel good for not only getting amazing service but also having the chance to support local talented businesses!nnNathan is really a very good barber. My husband is very caring about people cutting his hair like this. We used to do it for my husband's hair. We would go from Danshui to Xinyi, Daan District! Super far! ! Oh my goodness. But once I saw Nathan's shop on Google, and asked my husband to try it. Unexpectedly, Nathan would cut his hair like that. Every cut is super beautiful. It's really Talented. We hope that everyone should go to him for a haircut! ! He is passionate about work and he is really a good barber!
