Good location. Room was simple and comfy, pillow smelled not fresh, breakfast with limited choices, the dining table which against window has cockroach stools

Nice hotel. Only problem is the constant queues waiting for the lifts, especially on the weekends.nRooms are clean and well maintained. Hotel staff are very friendly which definitely made the 7 week stay more enjoyable.

We booked three nights over the period of 2/13/19 -2/16/19. On the morning of the 2nd day, the hotel told me that everyone had to leave the hotel for the rest of the week because they were exterminating the building. They also told me that they'll refund the third night back to our credit card. Six months later I am still fighting them for the refund -- even though they gave me a receipt stating that they refunded the money, they money never showed on my statement!!!! Stay away! This is a horrible hotel and very poorly managed. Also, we stayed at one of the smaller rooms and smelled raw sewage at night. We asked to change rooms and the 2nd room was also the same. They only decent thing to say is the location. If you can please stay away.

As mentioned several times here, wait for elevator were very long, especially on weekends. No hot water for the sink - we complained but the staff didn’t do anything about it (they said they would look into it but when we came back at night, nothing changed). Sink was plugged up too, drains super slow. Breakfast was horrible (congee and toast only), might as well not offer it at all. We noticed dirty bath towels a few of the nights we were there. Toilet paper wasn’t refilled when empty or close to empty - we had to ask front desk on 2 separate occasions for a roll. Rooms were too small; bed too small. A/C system was super loud. Sound proofing was horrible, you can hear every movement in the hallway and outside. The gross smell once you enter the building and elevator were not pleasant either.nnOnly good thing was that it’s right across the train. I’m sure you can find tons of other hotels right across from a train station. Do yourself a favour and avoid this hotel.

Location is perfect and convenient. Its on the 7th floor of a shopping mall and just 3 minutes across from the MRT. There are several restaurants just down below. 7-11 and Mc Donald just near by so no empty stomach problem have to worried. Night view from the bayview suite is extremely satisfied, may calm yourself down after walking or traveling the whole day.nBy the way, the staff are really friendly and they provide 24/7 service.
