I arrived at the tax office of #New Taipei City Banqiao District at around 4 o'clock this afternoon. The service was very polite and conscientious. Then go to #新北市Banqiao Land Administration Office. The function of the first level is to "assistance in organizing information", there is no number plate and no queuing area, there are more people and fewer windows, traffic jams are serious, and the undertaker is very angry; the second level is empty but no one queues up. Facing the first-pass eldest sisters and aunts who have a bad attitude (maybe about my age), I can't help but start thinking. If we understand everything, do you need so many people? You have not handled the order of the first level and the allocation of manpower, blame the citizens? Will come to deal with land or construction matters, more or less because of personal or family Some things happen, and the mentality is no longer good. Do you still need to come here to get angry? After two days, I have to fill in the information, and then try my luck again and share my experience.

The number of people applying for registration and consultation on site is quite large So the volume is noisy Waiting time is also longer The case is not closed so fast I sincerely suggest that you can make more use of other land administration offices in New Taipei City To save your time

Just now the Telecom Union (13:07) inquired about the cadastral change, so I transferred to the switchboard first because I didn’t know the extension number. Maybe it's interrupting the operator's meal or lunch break, right? He told me the extension number impatiently and told me to call after 13:30. Do you have to mark the lunch break time so that it will not disturb you?

On 7/30 in the morning, I asked about land re-measurement by phone. The lady at the switchboard was impatient when she answered it. At the beginning, she talked about proper terms that most people didn’t understand to ask what business to do. Not everyone knows how to re-measure. Nouns like the realm of appraisal... it doesn’t have to be very pleasant, but at least the frontline staff please don’t be so impatient to understand the needs of the caller
