It was great on my first and second visit, unfortunately not on my third. It's understandable, it was a long weekend, visitors were as many as they were. Staffs were tired to deal with visitors are reasonable! We lived in a villa, on my third visit. We haven't checked out and it's not 12 o'clock at the time. But we weren't able to enter our room after an amazing experience at the general spring. As it turns out, they cancel our room card before letting us know.

3 Star hotel is the only thing they're gonna get, it should be one star, or less. Emily Wu was not helpful at all, after being denied early check in, which is ok, we asked to just sit in the lounge and eat. That wasn't possible either, and no sign of her attempt to find a solution for us with 3 babies. Guess we will just sit on the floor. Horrible horrible introductory service. Reconsider greatly before booking this place.nnOr book it when Emily Wu isn't working here.nnSee photos for proof.nnBad customer service. Haven't even seen the rooms yet...nnNew edit:nnNo extended checkout time, all they say is it's full full full full! Not happy at all, just wanted an hour extension.... They love denying you, all they care about is money.nnBad breakfast selection as well. Not coming back ever and will notify others not to.

Everything is good with big comfortable beds, beach right in the front, biking trails...nthe only thing is the soundproofing.... I couldn’t stay quiet on the first floor... heard kids shouting in the hallways, toddlers crying next door...the only reason I took a star off :(

The staff is kind and friendly; however, many facilities need extra charge. Nevertheless, the hotel is a good place for families.
