Very pleasant experience with great customer service.

For long-term consumption here, I will use the membership card every time, but there has never been a time when the clerk actively asked whether the points need to be discounted, and the consumer had to ask for it before they would be willing to discount (then I would just report the call. What does the card do?)

When I checked out, I was asked by the counter if I wanted to do a membership. I had already said that I didn’t need it, and I kept asking. After I refused again, the attitude of the counter became very poor.

Went more than 4 in the afternoon,...the counter checkout attitude is very poor, not pushing

I went to this store for shopping today and asked a clerk who tied a ponytail. The service attitude was very good. I answered many questions carefully and was very enthusiastic. I will continue to come here for consumption in the future.
